I started out from Iewduh's fish market searching for this particular fish. Finally found it at Madanrting. Turns out I still remember the fish seller (after more than 13 years?). And I said, "Oh! Kong you are still here?" She said, "Yes, where will I go?" (She doesn't know or remember me but knows Mom). And I suddenly remembered she has a double role (I call twins - double role hehe) and asked her. She said, her double role already went up above (meaning she died) four years back. Mom gave them their names according to their profession. One Masli and the other Murgi. Ha ha.
I then went searching for dried taro leaves (dolhro/dolrep). My favourite. I bought it from an old woman. I bought 10 for Rs. 100 and she baksis mi 1 bundle. Hihi. Then I enquired about her Khumhoi/Runhmui/Parsley. And she said, since she felt so happy that I bought that much from her she asked me to take a bundle for free. :-D
And then I came across green tamarind. :D
