Alu sizo ngathu changal hme



This is an indigenous Hmar tribals cuisene. I have not had it for a long time.

The combination of the cuisene is potato, sizo (green leaf of a plant I am yet to know its common English name), fermented fish, soda (traditionally filtered firewood charcoal water called changal used to be used), green chilli, salt, and water.
