Today (Feb 4, 2017), the Shillong Municipal Board (SMB), in local dailies, appealed to the citizens of Shillong to:"Properly segregate domestic waste... by using color-coded bins....distributed for the purpose..."
I never came across colour-coded bins used at home, which are supposedly to be distributed, for free (I think?).
"Not litter the road and dispose garbages in open spaces..."
How many bins can be located on such areas?
"Not to defecate or urinate in the open..."
How many public toilets and urinals can be found in Shillong?
